Created a branded, reusable booth that raised awareness around customer engagement archetypes across six events, featuring an interactive Lego activity that resonated well with attendees.
CHALLENGE
The Customer Experience organization aimed to create a traveling roadshow that could easily be taken to various company events and conferences to raise awareness around new engagement archetypes and their impact on the customer experience. With a limited budget and a two-month timeline, I was tasked with designing a booth that was on-brand, reusable across different events, and versatile enough to incorporate interactive elements for attendee engagement in the future.
OUTCOME
The booth was used at six events in its first year, successfully raising awareness about our customers' diverse engagement styles. For the most recent event, we introduced an interactive activity at one of the organization’s conferences, allowing attendees to create their own archetype avatar using Legos. Both the booth and the activity were well received, and attendees enjoyed building their own Lego look-alikes.
